Job Summary:

The Drilling Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and supervising the execution of drilling operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a strong understanding of drilling engineering principles, well design, and operational procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement drilling programs, including well trajectory design, casing design, mud programs, and well control procedures.
  • Prepare detailed drilling procedures and cost estimates.
  • Oversee drilling operations on-site, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records.
